The current problem that there is in the Guajira (Northern Colombia) with water is scarcity, and unsanitary water.. In my time in the Guajira I got to experience a fraction of how the indigenous Wayuu tribe live with water scarcity. I learned that since they have a shortage of water there have been many negative effects, like dehydration, lack of education, and many more. Although it will take a long time and a lot of work, there can  be a possible solution to this crisis. A solution could be to have charities raising money for the Guajira and/or having plans to divide water equally among the Guajira. We could also think of a way to keep the water clean, or figure out how to clean it so there are less risks when using/drinking the water in the Guajira.
