In this picture taken from my apartment building in Medellin, Colombia  we can see the plastic bags in the trees and the soda cans on the ground of a construction site. In my opinion a way to solve this would be to take big bins, maybe recycled if it’s possible, and put them around the construction site so that workers can throw their garbage there. Another possible solution would be to gradually stop using as much plastic.. An option is also putting the trash in your pocket or carrying a little bag with you to throw it away in a trash can later. Using this bag, you can empty it every night or every time you get to a trash can and you can stop contaminating the trees with garbage.
