What we see in this picture is the bad Infrastructure that there is in La Guajira, the northern part of Colombia. It is really hard to pass through the roads there.  Assistance has many challenges in getting there. A solution for this is for the government to realize this problem and help with it– to start building roads to get to el Cabo De La Vela which is where I am focusing, although I believe this problem is in much of La Guajira. I see this as a solution because more help could get to these communities and they would improve their way of life. Tourism would increase because It would be easier to get there also. I think another solution would be public transport to get over there because this would help a lot of people that work really far away and  have to walk for hours to get to their home. If they would put roads and public transport, the distance would be shorter for them so that they could work more easily and spend more time with their families.
