Vivid Purple for Fall Out Boy

The American band Fall Out Boy, supports the Invisible Children Charity, which actually raises money for children in Uganda. This band has made a total of eighteen albums, counting this year’s M A N I A published on January 19. This band started in Chicago in 2001, where they made different genres of music like: pop rock, pop punk, alternative rock, emo pop and emo. It is composed by: Pete Wentz (Electric bass), Patrick Stump(Guitar), Andrew Hurley(Drummer) and Joe Trohman (Guitar).

Another important aspect of the album is their quality of performance, which in this case is very high. In fact there are a total of ten songs on the album and each has a unique style. In previous albums there have been good quality songs, even though most of them have the same type of music. A third aspect from this group of artists is their originality, they were very original at creating this year´s new album, it is a very bright purple, which catches the eye of the viewer plus the person who is going to buy it, which ultimately fills them with great satisfaction. In contrast to previous albums, M A N I A is very original, because they had different colors.

In my opinion, the heavenly like music of this year’s album is just amazing, they are unique in their own style. One of the best things about M A N I A are the lyrics. For example in the song “Champion” Stump sings, “Champion, champion and I can do anything” and delivers an encouraging message for the listener. These lyrics send the message that you can do anything you put your mind to. In previous albums, such as 2015’s American Beauty/ American Psycho, lyrics such as “I wanna dance like Uma Thurman.” are more superficial, because it just talks about dancing with an actress, and that is not inspiring. All the songs in the new album are very cool, because they have very interesting lyrics, and moving, some are fast paced rhythms.

Another song in this album is “ Heaven’s Gate”, a much slower paced song.  The lyrics says, “I got dreams of my own, But I want to make yours come true.” The message delivered by lead artist Patrick Stump,  which is he is sacrificing his dreams for somebody else. This is a different message coming from a song such as this one, rather than expecting a song about death because it has the word “ heaven” on it.

Based on what I´ve seen, in past albums and this one I know for a fact how original really is by creating a new name just right which is M A N I A rather than just copying the last ones. A fourth aspect of this band are the songs in this album, they are spectacular because they have different rhythms and styles for different tastes. “Champion” , for example, is an alternative type of music while “Hold me tight or not” is dance pop. Contrary to older albums, the songs have been pretty good because they have different meanings for each person. When a customer arrives at a music store they usually will look at the songs that are in the album before buying. In my encounter with listening to this album I know for a fact that the songs are very good in their unique kind of way. If you didn’t enjoy the previous album the songs in M A N I A could be something that suit your style better. A fifth aspect of this band is the message that each song is sending to the viewer or listener, in the 2018 album there are a total of ten songs. Each song is amazing in their own style, in order for the person to enjoy it.

The song “The Last Of The Real Ones ” has a very interesting beat, because it has a smooth piano in it. The sound makes you feel kind of thrilled to see what is going to happen next. The idea that they came up with this song was amazing because when giving that proper introduction you just can’t wait for the song to just pass you by instead it catches your attention to know what is going to happen next, after the piano stops playing. There’s a part of the lyrics that says, “I was just an only child of the universe” and then the guitars to start playing and the chorus to start coming up.

Another song in the same album is “Church” it has a more slow start but then the volume starts raising up when Stump sings: “ I´d get on my knees, I´d get on my knees”. Afterwards each word said is within the same rhythm of first two lines.

From all there’s a message that must be delivered to the audience, in this case it would be the person who is hearing it. One message that is being sent in the song “Champion” says “If I can live through this (x3) I can do anything” this shows how deep the meaning of what that piece of the lyrics say. As a choice to the other songs in the previous 17 albums, one that stands out to me is “Sugar we’re going down”, here there’s a part in the lyrics that says: “Drop a heart, break a name We’re always sleeping in, sleeping for the wrong team” this shows how deep the message is being sent to the person who is hearing it, this message is to know that you are in an incorrect team. In my opinion, all the songs in the album of this year have something to say, no matter what the song is about there’s always some hidden message. It can be either be in plane site but nobody can see it, or it can be fully hidden and people would like to know what it is. Each of the songs have something more to say than the next one. You as the reader should know that you should try this product since there’s a guaranteed satisfaction after buying it. With at all the aspects described above, you can be sure that you will enjoy this album to the fullest.

You should definitely download this album, because it’s just shocking how all these songs are so organized in such a uniform way. Fall Out Boy did a really fantastic job releasing this to the public.
