Elementary School Recess
Recess, an elementary student’s favorite part of the day. Many students do different activities during their recess, but there’s no doubt they all enjoy them.

4th graders push each other of a hill. Hills are formed between hallways in elementary.

4th and 5th graders climb the wall with a rope.

Jose Miguel Penagos sits on the monkey bars. He challenged his friends to a monkey bars contest and won. “I really enjoy monkey bars because you need to make a big effort to play with them,” Penagos said.

Cristobal Uribe and Joaquin Perez sit on the swings. They had to run to get control over the swings. “We have to hurry after lunch to get to the swings because they are very popular,” Perez said.

Sofia Arango and Camila Pelaez play 2-Square. They passed the ball between each other until someone missed.

4th and 5th grade students play at the cement field. Students played “eliminado”, 4-square and some just talked.

Joaquin Tahta plays hide and seek. He counted to 30 while the rest of the students went to hide.

5th graders play “Herradura”. They played by themselves, there were no teams.
