Columbus Student’s find the nose

After counting all the votes, Pablo Monsalve a 12 grade student was elected as the new president  of the student council of The Columbus School.

In the search for a new leader, the students at The Columbus School held elections and announced the candidate with the majority of votes at TCS on September 19. The new leader Pablo Monsalve was not elected by coincidence but instead he was elected by popular vote due to his relationship with all of the students.

“Pablo Monsalve is a really good person and he is a good human being who relates really well with the people because he is very social,” said Pedro De La Roche a 12 grade student.

His personality was the biggest contribution along with his campaign  to the victory of the elections.

“He likes to be charismatic and he is empathetic with others,” said Pablo Cote 12 grade student.

The fact that he has been stuco before and in many UN models has helped shaped his abilities to speak in public and know right from wrong, which will help him defend the student’s rights.

“I think he is very good because he has been stuco for several years now and he has been to many models and so he is a very good speaker, and he has gotten many kids out of trouble,” said Cote.

Monsalve has many expectations to fulfill, but most of his peers trust that he will be able to accomplish all of them.

“I have a lot of high expectations but i know he will keep up,” said Federico caro 12 grade student, stuco member, Secretary General of COSMUN.

People who know pablo can assure that he will live up to those expectations and to his word and will get to complete all of his promises.

“I’ve known Pablo my whole life and i know everything he promise he is going to accomplish,” said Caro.
