“I enjoyed the brownies with Franui, and tarta vasca because even though they were healthy it tasted like something sweet that I could enjoy, in contrast with other healthy food places where the product was nothing similar to the unhealthy version,” Mariana Tavera, senior, said.
With their immense growth, this year they opened a new store where they serve all their desserts. “A downside is that the products sell out too quickly, and the lines are very long. As a diabetic, I enjoy going out to eat something, but just thinking about the long wait and the parking difficulties discourages me from going,” Zapata said.

However, Mivassi has managed to stand out in this aspect, adding to its appeal. It goes beyond the delicious flavors of its desserts, it’s also because of the incredible quality and affordability of all its creations.
“I also found that the prices were really affordable and I was very shocked to see that these products are healthy because they tasted amazing,” Acosta said.

“I would recommend Mivassi to everyone, whether diabetic or not. Additionally, people who are dieting or watching their weight can consume Mivassi’s products with a lower risk of gaining weight, as they don’t cause insulin spikes,” Zapata said.
