Guajira is having a big ecological problem since there are no landfills there is trash all over the place. They are having problems with the cultures they are losing through new technology and with the new people. They also have the problem of the mine El Cerrejon. The mine has grown and the people have been moved from their homes. They also have the problems of the contamination  in the air by the coal dust. Because of the water scarcity they have been having water problems. Some solutions could be that we start caring more about the problems and be more considerate were we leave the trash and be more considerate with the water use. Another solution could be more regulation of El Cerrejon mine.
