Students seem to appreciate the recoup days befo x-mas break

TCS is giving the last chance for students to pass their classes during the last two days of the bimester before Christmas break, students response seems to be positive.

School is giving once again an opportunity for students that didn’t turn in their work on time, by giving them two extra days to make up missing assignments. All this is because students work ethic seemed to be dropping and there were not completing their work on time. Although they might have different reasons for this, students seemed aware of their lack of responsibility and are trying to make up for it.

“First of all I didn’t did did my work because of binationals, so I missed a lot of things that they put us in that week. The other reason was because I was sick, and the other one is because I really don’t like doing homework, so all this work I let it for when I have time and I was  doing other things that for me are more important,” David Perez 12th grader student said.

The students were not having enough time to deliver the work they were supposed to do. They believed that doing the work was not their priority so they left it for the last, in a long-term, all this work piled up and they did not have time to do it.

“No, I don’t have any problem to come an extra day of school when they are giving us a really good opportunity of recouping our non-existing work.” Santiago Garcia 11 th grader stated

In spite of everything, there is also a concern, it is not enough for a student who owes a lot of work only two days to recover them. Works that they work on them during weeks and students pretend to do them in just two days.

“Yes, I am really concerned that’s why I am coming tomorrow, I have three IES in Philosophy and one in Spanish. I am going to do homework at home and now tomorrow I am coming to recoup,” David perez said.
