A Sweaty Day at the Gym

Many Columbus School students go to the gym during their free time. A regular fitness routine increases strength and agility and is an effective way to reduce stress. The Smart Fit gym in El Tesoro is one of many gyms found in Medellin.

 

Columbus School 11th grader Raquel Osorio shows massive back muscles while doing pull-ups at the gym. Osorio is a competitive runner who trains at the gym 3-4 times a week to supplement her training regimen.
