Tree Crisis

This photo was taken February 27th, 2018. The Columbus School is surrounded by many other trees, plants, and life, but this tree was cut down. We can see a variety of problems taking place in this picture alone. Even if it’s surrounded by beautiful birds and a variety of beetles and types of plants, cutting down trees does affect the school community. But there are solutions for this problem, one of them could be bringing the students to this isolated place in this school and telling them how the landscape can be ruined by a decision that’s killing not only this tree, but every living thing that lived on this tree,  such as bugs, moss or maybe even birds nests could be easily affected by humans decisions. This can not continue. Not here, and not anywhere. We can take our part,  what about you?
