In Urrao, Colombia,  in el Valle del río Penderisco, a truck passes by every house gathering garbage. After they have gone to every house they come to these cliffs and dump all of the garbage there, almost every day. What harm  will this do to the environment? Even though it is a small town, doing this almost everyday does a huge negative impact after some time. This garbage can even get blown away towards the river sometimes. A solution to this problem could be to pick up the garbage that gets dumped, but that wouldn’t help because they would just come the next day and dump more in. The most reasonable and possible solution is to talk to the representatives of this place, and explain the problem, and tell them how they can change their rules and make a better place.
