La Guajira is a beautiful place full of culture, and awesome landscape. At the same time it has a lot of problems like scarcity of water, food, and lots of people living in poverty. When we went to La Guajira on a school trip we realized that all the problems we had studied and all the projects we had done were real. We were very impacted to see a beautiful culture like this be destroyed by people living in more modern societies by demanding resources that come from their region. We went there to help the community by donating school kits, clothes and constructing a school room and a cultural center.  I also suggest that we make our the Somos Guajira movement viral, so people could donate more money so we can build wells, give them food, help the schools and do more to help this awesome culture who really needs it.
